Breakfast: 1 cup of Nesvita (original flavor)
Snack: Kropek (crunchy chips made from fish ??)
Lunch: Protein Shake
Snack: Regular fries and burger without cheese
Dinner: Instant Noodles (pancit canton), coke Zero
Snack: small pack of chips and 1 spoonful of leche flan
I must admit, today is not the healthiest in the food choices department :( still, this fare is still considerably less than what I usually consumed before. Little steps...
I will try to do better tomorrow!
